Heroes In Our Midst, a program of the Greeting Card Association, was designed to honor the everyday heroes of America’s communities….the dedicated individuals who give of themselves to make a positive impact in the lives of others by making me-to-you connections.

The program, which began in early 2006, recognized its final hero in February 2008.  Although we are no longer accepting nominations, we encourage you to read about the men and women who have been named Heroes In Our Midst.
